PRE-ORDER NOTICE
The WKND Board is currently available for pre-order. All orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. Orders will be processed and shipped once inventory arrives. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate of $18.00 for standard shipping on all orders within the United States. We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received once inventory arrives. You will be notified by email with an estimated ship date as soon as it is confirmed.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 5–8 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us at within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
Shipping Delays
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to change. In the event of a delay we will notify all affected customers by email as soon as possible.
